Customer Service and Returns

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unfortunately not able to provide returns or exchanges. However, we test all battery-operated items to make sure they are working properly before shipping them, and most vibrating toys have manufacturers' warranties. 

For toys without warranties, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must have original receipt, complete packaging, all original parts, batteries, cords, controls, blank warranty cards and instructions etc.

Your privacy is very important to us; we promise never to share, sell, or rent your information with/to ANYONE. We also take confidentiality very seriously with regards to what is discuss/shared with us over the phone and via email/website. We will never reveal anything about your shopping experience with anyone else.

None of the products, services, or information sold or distributed through are intended for use without appropriate health and safety knowledge on the part of the user. While we may occasionally provide suggestions for how to use our products more safely, it is the user's responsibility to ensure that they are not used in any way that could prove harm to the user or to others.  


We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days from the day the order was completed. Delivery time may differ based on variables such as the delivery method chosen, your location, delays in Customs, etc.
